Please read these terms and conditions first.

– Photographers and models sign a modeling contract on the day. You will receive this contract in advance.
You can read the conditions and obligations included in the model contract below.

Terms included in the contract

1. The negatives (analog), dia’s or digital pictures remain the property of the photographer.

2. The images may be used by the photographer and model by a limited audience,  so-called internal use only, photo competitions, photo exhibitions and publications in photo magazines; photo internet sites, social media such as  facebook, instagram, youpic, 500px etc.

3. BEdressed only uses images from this shoot event on its social media and website after permission from the photographer  and the model in the photo. BEdressed always mentions the name of the photographer, mua and model. 

4. Belgian law applies to this contract.

5. The model declares to have been fully compensated for his/her work and no intention to make further claim against the photographers.

6. Make-up artist … also receives some (digital) prints meaning she or he can use for these pictures for own promotion.

7. When using the photo by the model, the name of the photographer, make-up artist, organization will be mentioned.

8. When using the photo by the photographer, the name of the model, makeup artist, organization will be mentioned. 

9. BEdressed cannot be held liable for damage caused by a participant or model to third parties and (rented) (studio) material. The person concerned relies on his or her own insurance for this.

10. BEdressed is not responsible for damage to equipment or the like.

– We process registrations in order of receipt. Please note: your registration is only final after payment has been made.

– Cancellation policy: please note: if you book a slot, we will keep it free for you. That is why we can only provide a 50% refund if you cancel within the period of 10 days before the start of the shoot.  Cancellation from 4 days before the start of the shoot, no refund. A full refund is possible if you find a replacement photographer for your slot.

– If, against all odds, the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the shoot day and provide a refund.
