Bring with you
– Camera + lenses
– You can work with natural light. Although there are some darker corners where an extra light can be helpfull. You can take this with you.
– If you want, you can bring own props that fit the theme or work out your ideas.
Option: you can hire flash or continu light with us. We look together for the light that suits you best. Rental costs are additional and can be split with other participants.
Location
Ghent – East Flanders. Location details after booking and payment.
The location is in the center of Ghent. Perfect to visit the beautiful city after or before your shoot. Easy to reach by public transport. By car, you can park in the streets or underground.
Styling
Green room: model Sarah S. Think about elegant dresses and some night wear (no lingery) to create a vintage glamour chic style.
Red room: model Cath. This room is oriental inspired. Cath. will wear designer clothes and some more traditional clothes.
We provide a wide range of outfits to make sure every photographer can vary as much as possible. The outfits are available on location. There are no fixed setups. Ofcourse I can guide you with styling advice if prefered. Photographers decide themselves what outfit the model will wear and when she changes. Changing time is included in the slot hours.
Slots

Please read before booking.
Solo shoot: you work 45 minutes solo with just you and model 1 in the first room. Then you work 45 minutes solo with model 2 in the second room.
Slot 1 : 11:00 – 12:30 – €159,00/participant
Slot 2 : 13:00 – 14:30 – €159,00/participant
Slot 3 : 15:00 – 16:30 – €159,00/participant
Slot 4 : 16:45 – 18:15 – €159,00/participant

Booking process
– Photographers and models sign a modeling contract on the day itself. You will receive this contract in advance.
– We process registrations in order of receipt. Please note: your registration is only final after payment of the invoice.
– If, against all expectations, the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the shoot day and provide a refund.
– Please note: if you book a slot, we will keep it free for you. Therefore, we cannot provide a refund if you cancel within the 10 day period before the start of the shoot. This is possible if you find another photographer to take your slot.
